BlogoWriMo Day 4 - Eclipse Twiginity

It's been rough going to say the least the last few weeks, especially since the New Moon trailers have been on the TV. Even with the wonders of TiVo, if you are lame like me and forget that you aren't watching live TV, you can be assaulted by the awesomeness that is New Moon. I am happy to say that I only caved once...it was late at night, I had just finished watching Sons of Anarchy on FX, so I figured I was safe (but we all know how great they are at targeting the New Moon demographic). But then, boom, the next thing I know is New Moon was all up in my face. I couldn't avert my eyes or stick my fingers in my ears and sing la-la-la-la. I couldn't find the remote to change the channel. So I watched it. And it was good. Real good.

But New Moon will be out soon, so I feel that I must join ranks again with the likes of
Cutie and EtomyB (it's her awesome pic down there) and declare my Twiginity for Eclipse. I don't even have to reclaim it this time! I haven't seen anything about the movie. They have finished filming it, and I haven't seen anything. With New Moon I had already seen the motorcycle riding, the movies, and some other stuff by this point...I was a total whore prior to going pure.

I know it's going to be a tough road to June, but I know it won't be lonely. Join the ranks of those who prefer not to be spoiler bunnies. And let's try to convert our Twi-friends to our ways. Will it feel as good as when you got your best friend addicted to Twilight? Probably not, but take heart in knowing that you are helping your friends have the best movie-going experience possible. So let's do it shall we?

ok I am really going to try for Eclipse. For New Moon I have watched every trailer and checked out all the stills and everything I could and now I am worried that it will take away from the movie experience. So I will TRY to avoid Eclipse things until June. It will be really hard though since I am completely addicted to all things twilighted and I have no willpower.

Day 4! Woot woot!

I've really, really tried to stop watching spoilers for NM. I'm cool with the TV spots, but I drew the line at the long ass break up scene. Gotta save something for the big day!

I doubt I'll be able to remain completely pure for Eclipse because I really don't have that much self control! But I'm definitely going to do my best. :)

I haven't watched anything New Moon for a while now because I felt dirty and completely used up after seeing so many trailers and spoilers.

Eclipse is my new beginning. i won't watch anything other than the theatrical trailer. I SWEAR. really......I can do it! (I'll just keep telling myself that and maybe it will come true)

At ApplesnFeathers we too have reclaimed our Twi virginity for Eclipse and whatever else comes out for New Moon. We have not seen any extended trailers or any new pictures. We are staying strong and I think its great that everyone has banded together as a Twifamily to accomplish this! It will make it that much more amazing to see Eclipse in all its glory. Its my favorite of the 4 books so I am beyond stoked!!

I am spoiler free since quit some time, I just saw the first trailer and then I stopped! It feels good but sometimes it's hard to avoid the pics when you do out in the Twi bloggy world .. But I remain strong!

And yes I haven't seen anything from Eclipse so far!

Oh converting the masses feels sooooo fucking good, Fire. Because misery LOVES company. *grins evilly* By this point however I am immune to the spoilers. What are those again? Hell what's New Moon again? *winks*

You shall rock this bitch hard. I have no doubt about it. Now convert those masses. The purity corner is the place to be people! The wait for Eclipse is going to be amazing!

Oh and what's Eclipse? ;)

See that's the plus side of me never getting into the fanfic or the rest of the bloggy world, i haven't seen any spoilers for either New Moon or Eclipse. My movie watching enjoyment will be huge as it will all be a surprise :)

I don't have the energy to avoid spoilers. I don't actively seek them out as much as I used to, but I don't panic if I see one. I'll make sure I don't spoil anything for you like me and bierbeck did with the last new Vampire Diaries for Bitches on twitter!

I will try very hard to be spoiler free for Eclipse. Where it gets hard for me or those Rob videos and then someone will decide to throw a spoiler in there. Arghh! I haven't seen anything yet and hopefully won't anytime soon.

OK, so I want to say that I support your decision to go pure ABSOLUTELY. But allow me to also say, that despite the fact that I too have not seen any Eclipse spoilers, you will have to pry said spoilers away from my cold dead hands! GO SPOILER BUNNIES!!!! WOOT, WOOT!!! Oh and of course, my daily dose of ****COMMENT LOVE******
